PTACUnits Return Policy

At PTACUnits, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if:

• The return request is made within the approved return period
• The item is unused and in original condition
• The product is returned in original packaging
• All accessories, manuals, and parts are included

Certain items may not qualify for return due to manufacturer restrictions or special-order status.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

• Installed or used products
• Special order or custom items
• Products damaged by improper installation or misuse
• Clearance or final sale items
• Items returned without original packaging

Return Process

To request a return:

1. Contact our support team with your order number.
2. Provide details about the product and reason for return.
3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
4. Ship the product back using the provided instructions.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
• Take photos of the product and packaging
• Contact our support team for assistance

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• Shipping charges may be non-refundable

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.

For large HVAC or PTAC units, freight return arrangements may be required.
